Rada is a conversational event infrastructure platform that enables users to discover, create, and manage events through messaging applications and a web portal. Our services include:

- Conversational interfaces via messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram)
- AI-powered features (FAQ generation, poster creation, recommendations)
- Analytics and reporting for event organizers
- Integration with third-party ticketing and payment providers
User Accounts
Account Creation
You may create an account through our web portal or automatically when you first interact with Rada via a messaging platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Types
- Individual: For personal use and event discovery
- Business: For event organizers and businesses
- Admin: System administrators (by invitation only)
Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Create fake, fraudulent, or misleading events
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Collect or store personal data about other users without permission
Event Content and Responsibility
As an event organizer, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of all event information
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and insurance
- Age restrictions and age verification for restricted content
- Accessibility and safety of your events
- All interactions with attendees
Rada is not responsible for the content, quality, or legality of events created through our platform.
Payments and Ticketing
Important: Rada does not process payments or hold funds. We redirect users to official ticketing and payment partners. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment providers.
You are responsible for:
- Setting accurate ticket prices and availability
- Fulfilling all ticket sales and refunds
- Compliance with payment provider terms
- Any disputes related to ticket sales
Subscription and Credits
Rada operates on a subscription and credits model:
- Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan
- Credits are consumed for various features (conversations, AI features, etc.)
- Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
Intellectual Property
The Rada platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Rada Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.
AI-generated content (posters, FAQs, etc.) may be subject to additional terms based on the AI service providers we use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "As Is": Rada is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
No Liability for Events: Rada is not responsible for any events, their content, safety, or outcomes. Attendees participate at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rada Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
